Shipping

All orders that do not include a pre-order will ship in 2-10 business days. (Usual shipping time is within 24 hours, but I include a buffer just in case!)

US Orders

All US orders are shipped with USPS.
If you would like your order expedited
Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on file. Please refer to your tracking number for more information on your shipment. If any issues should arise, please contact USPS directly.
Once an order has left our hands we can not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged items.

International Orders

International orders are shipped with USPS.
Any extra customs fees that may accrue are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please Note: Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure all information is entered correctly, as we will not be held responsible for lost packages due to address errors.

Placing Orders

Please look carefully through your order before placing, as we do not allow cancellations after an order is placed. (Returns are accepted, please refer to that section for more information)

Gift Cards 

All gift card sales are final.

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders will ship out within 2-4 weeks of order unless otherwise stated on the listing.
Please note if an order is pre-order before purchasing, and the time frame in which it will ship. We will hold any ready to ship items until all pre-order items in the purchase are completed and ready to ship.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Items returned within 14 days of delivery in their original condition are eligible for refund. 
Damaged, caked or re-skeined skeins are not eligible for refund. 
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International shipments, club yarns, holiday related yarns, pre-orders and digital purchases are final.
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Yarn Care / Information

All yarn is hand dyed in small batches. Colors vary from skein to skein, even if the dye-lot is the same. We do our best to ensure each skein replicates photos shown as closely as possible. Each skein is unique! 

For this reason, if you need more than one skein for a project, please make sure that you purchase them at the same time. I also highly recommend alternating skeins if using multiple for one project.

I do my best to accurately photograph each listing, but colors may vary from monitor to monitor.

All yarns are rinsed and washed before being skeined and labeled, but minimal bleeding for the first few washes is still possible, especially with highly saturated colors.

For best results, hand wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.

Please note: Our yarn is dyed and stored in a smoke free, dog friendly home.
