All orders that do not include a pre-order will ship in 2-10 business days.
US Orders
All US orders are shipped with USPS.
Tracking numbers are sent to the email address on file. Please refer to your tracking number for more information on your shipment. If any issues should arise, please contact USPS directly.
Once an order has left our hands we can not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged items.
Canadian Orders
International orders are shipped with USPS.
Any customs fees that may accrue are the responsibility of the purchaser.

If a package is returned to Birch and Lily Fiber Co because of an incorrect address buyer is responsible for costs incurred to re-ship.
